Crowd pleasing Ghana Party fried chicken

Hey fam, while making some party Ghana fried chicken, I thought I would share the process with you. I may not have the correct measurements for you, but hopefully it will give you an idea. I will put below some of the things I used.

Ingredients:
- 5 large onions
- 4 scotch bonnet pepper
- 2 whole bulb of garlic
- ginger
- a few cloves ( you only need a little pinch)
- fennel powder
- thyme
- all purpose seasoning
- chicken seasoning
- old bay
- Salt
- shrimp seasoning
- oyster sauce
