- Today in our village, we cook crispy chicken fry recipe using chicken meat and potatoes. We mash the potatoes and chicken then we mix them to make the chicken drumstick recipe. Finally, we fried the chicken in Traditional Gingelly oil.

At home method I'm wondering how to make the drumsticks are they steamed..they wrapped them in a sheet..I'm think maybe boil the chicken at home for a little bit..and dry towel them before shredding??
