- Jenna Ortega’s life has definitely changed since “Wednesday” debuted on Netflix. “I try not to pay too much attention to what’s going on, but I definitely felt the shift in my life and the way things are operating now, which has been really, really strange, but I’m really, really glad that people even like the show,” she told Access Hollywood’s Mario Lopez at the 2023 Golden Globes. The 20-year-old weighed in on the viral Wednesday dance, joking she “can’t escape it” and revealed what “Wednesday” cast member she brought as her plus one to the Globes.

Probably the most down to earth 20 year old in Hollywood. Commends her mom for being an ER nurse. Attends her first globes event and is just like whatever I've been to events before I know how this works. She always tells it like it is and never says what she thinks people want to hear.
Totally AGREE(with the above comment): if Jenna can stay grounded, and respectful/kind to all of her colleagues (at all levels) she is going to shake up the entire industry. I hope she will be a leader - showing compassion and kindness to EVERYONE. Jenna is great, but without all of the writers, the director, her support team (actors), without everyone down to the smallest contribution/contributor, without these unknown contributors, WEDNESDAY would not exist. Jenna, is SUPER!
They usually are down to earth when they are first getting started. Anyway the brown hair is sending, and the shades of makeup are beautiful. Not quite tired of the black but she cleaned up here!

@@jonhenrywave9043 She's been around this environment for about a decade now. Granted this is the first time she's reached this level of stardom; she seems to be adjusting well. I think in one interview she talked about wearing black to the event, but that dress was a great choice too.

I just completely adore her composure and how she just acts like herself especially since it is her first Golden Globes, like it is just another event and she is just completely enjoying the time she has there! Can we also just take a moment for real like...bruh she looks absolutately beautiful, the color, the flow of the dress, the accessories, the simplicity in her make-up *(which IMO is honestly her best look, the make-up but natural vibes) like all of it lol

Something that keeps her grounded is that her parents still work and don’t live off her money. Other child stars had parents living off their income, like Macauly Culkin, Britney Spears or Lindsey Lohan, and they went all cuckoo. My salutes to Jenna’s parents for keeping living their lives and not abusing from their child star.

I love the admiration that Percy, and jenna have for each other like thinking about how surreal it is that them ,and the cast feel like family.
Yeah, I just dislike the fact that everyone keeps shipping them. Not just Percy, but like Emma with Jenna, or Percy with Jenna etc... when they most likely have no romantic interest. Like can't people just be friends and make jokes/have a fun time? Imagine what those people would think if they saw the jokes we making when we hang out with the boys.
I love Jenna, she's a brilliant actress and totally honest. She doesn't let the fame get to her head.
