Wow, I was so resistant to this model 5 years ago and after paying my Sotheby’s brokerage over $150,000 last year, it has me thinking. Great video presentation! I thought this was just a MLM company.
I know, I was the same way. I’ve probably paid a couple million to my previous brokerage over the years. That wasn’t why I considered a change though. What really inspired me was the collaboration. I love being around people doing WAY more than me, that literally open their playbooks and share how I can model them to take my business to the next level. Anytime someone doing 500-1000 deals a year wants to help me, I’m all ears!
