You are probably going to ask if you can use brown sugar..... so many questions like this. Yes you can. The answer is yes.
If you scroll down the comments you probably will find the answer you are looking for.
They are very easy to make I use them within two weeks but can be stored for 6 weeks.
They have natural ingredients so you do have to be careful if you keep them longer, smell before using and keep the jar closed.
I keep it at room temperature but I know some people leave it in the fridge because of shelf life.
I use it twice a week, shower, scrub, shower.
NO I do not recommended for the face as it is too harsh.
Again, yes you can use brown sugar lol

I've always doubted scrubs but decided to do the first one but added olive oil (wasn't sure how my skin would react to lemon juice so I added that just to be on the safer side).
After exfoliating, I felt my skin and screamed, I'm not even joking 😭😂.
My hostel mate bathing in the next stall was like what happened, I just explained in amazement.
This is the best scrub I've ever used, My skin has never felt this good and clean!!
(I already bathed b4 using this but the grime that left it after using the scrub was crazy).

@@sidology1.0 honey is the preservative, it’s antibacterial and doesn’t go bad. Lemon has citric acid.

Scrubs:
1- sweet honey: 1 cup white sugar/ around 2 tablespoons honey/ little of lemon juice. Mix well.
2- brown sugar:1 cup of brown sugar/ 3/4 coconut oil/ vanilla extract.
3-minty coco: 1cup of epsom salt/ cup of ground coffee/ olive oil.

It worked on my skin amazingly
You actually shouldn’t microwave the coconut oil, as it will change in the microwave, and not have all of the benefits. For warming up coconut oil, I suggest to either do so in your hands, or to just put it in a warmer environment.

i actully just made a scrub thats my own recpie and its so nice all you need is raw sugar lemon zest and lemon juice out of the lemon and also olive. this scrub helps with the shaveing bumps and helps unclog your poors so you just use it befour you shave or whenever and it makes your skin so soft:)

I found a video on how to make my own brown sugar, just two ingredients. Sugar and molasses mix two 2⃣ table spoons of molasses for dark brown sugar in a bowl mix with a spoon or clean hands 👐. The second is the same just add 1 table spoon of molasses to make light brown sugar. and done😉
The last one is quit similar to mine but i use brown sugar instead and add a tablespoon of honey

Do any of these clog drains? I heard that coconut oil and coffee blocks drains.
Yes actually too much can but they also break down with water exposure, especially “hot water”. I think for the colder weather this can be a problem as coconut oil tends to solidify but wash with some hot water once done scrubbing. - I have also uploaded a DIY sugar wax, check it out if your interest ❤️
I found out the hard way that coconut oil and coffee beans will clog your drains and the smell from the coffee isnt great. From now on im using oils that do not harden when cold.
