when whipping the base, whip it until it's like whipped cream, light and fluffy, then add the sugar. The formula will be so much better.

When u make ur base u need to whip that for a good 10 minutes hun then add ur sugar. But the oils and glycerin u should add because u want extra skin nourishing oils and that glycerin to hydrate n condition the skin because the whipped soap base on its own can be drying. Just wanna help a fellow soap make out đ€ they look great!

Hey honey,great vid†When your mixing the soap sweetheart mix it for about a good 15 20 minutes you will see it start to look like whip cream and it will be lighter as wellđđđ

I love how you mentioned to use a spatula for control and i actually use a similar spatula to what you're using which is a silicone spatula however i wanted to just point out that when using a soap base it is alway's best to add oils because if you don't it will dry out your skin and coming from me i get really dry skin and it does cause my skin to split and bleed and for those with sensitive skin oatmeal and coffee scrubs go a long way đ can you also put measurements in your video's so we can follow along with your recipes

Yiubhave to play around with the formula because thereâs nothing wrong with added oils at all and it definitely helps it from drying out/feeling dry. But whip the base way more so itâs really airy

Today, out of the bloom, had an idea of starting making body scrubs, potentially for sale, but I don't know where to start, for example, what ingredients to use, which ones lasts long, so the scrub doesn't go bad or something, if they don't have any preservatives. Do I need to use preservative to not make it go bad if Iâm making lot
You donât necessarily need a preservative for only oil/ butter products or soap ( the pH of soap makes it self preserving). However if you were just making a body scrub with just oils no water, itâs suggested to use a preservative since the product will come in contact with water. If youâre going to sell products itâs best to add a bit of preservative anyway to ensure the quality of your product in the various conditions your customers may keep it.

Iâm curious, you originally added 10 ounces sugar. You said you added an additional 5 ounces, but you say you added a total of 55 ounces of sugar. What was your total amount of sugar?
I think she meant to say 15. She said ten to start and added five more. So 15 ounces
