I could never live there...especially without a garage and a place to store the snow blower. I got to old for all that shoveling and plowing. Stay warm...and give the girls some warm bone broth when they come in from the cold! 🐶🐶
I agree , however I’m 72 year old skier ⛷️ and love going up there , thinking about buying a second home 🧐, my daughter is avid skier ⛷️🌬️we have been going up to Tahoe over over 14 years now❤it’s sooo beautiful 🌬️
A lot more manageable levels of snow than last year. Thanks for the ski 'ride'. I confess to having my heart in my throat a few times when you got into the trees.
Skiing looks like fun. I enjoyed it in my 20’s. We’d drink wine and smoke pot while skiing. It’s a miracle We survived. I went to the top of Mt Bachelor in Oregon. It was very icy and I crashed. Lost both ski’s slid down a long ways under the ski lift. People were cheering me on. I was dodging rocks. A couple days later a man died in that exact spot because he hit a rock. Ski Patrol were amazed I was ok and said that’s the longest tumble down the slope they’d ever seen.
It’s amazing how different the snow totals are even just from lake level to just up the hill a short distance to your place👍. Been watching your videos since before we bought a place👍. Thanks for the videos and thoughtful sharing. Hope to see you two and the 4leggers around town
Good to see Heavenly, been there several times, and as you were going there I realized. I walked that road one day to the ski area, was not fun. Coast of texas.
Hey Dan, your from Minny. Remember how a Zamboni resurfaces the ice? Use your blower the same way. Not criticizing the effort just been in that situation many a times. And hello from Wayzata. Hello Bri, Penny & Bella. My wife and I enjoy your experiences.
Except for that one rock, coverage looks great. Was that your first fall this season caught on footage? Did that guy distract you or did your tips sink into the side bank when you thought you'd go over it?
hey mate! you are right the coverage is much better. I got lucky with the rock. WIth my fall, I lost visibility, thought I was on the groomer but I wasn't. that was unfortunate.
The last six minutes of the video are therapeutic.
thanks mate!

They'd probably love it 😋

yea, we really wish we had a garage but when we bought the pickings were slim.

For sure. A few miles a different direction in town makes a big difference!
Awesome skiing! Thank you from Cleveland Ohio!!
I'd love to live there. Thanks for the update. Love your dogs!
Any time!
First time here, love Tahoe, never been there when its snows, your skiing was a joy to watch. You are blessed to live around such beauty!

Reminds me of 2016-17 at Homewood with almost no one there on a powder day. Can't wait to get up there.
Going down Gunbarrel in the end. I’m so Jelly. Luv the Pow Pow.

Hello Bri, Penny & Bella.
My wife and I enjoy your experiences.
Thanks the feedback. Thats where I went to high school. Sounds like MN has had a warm winter so far.
The first time I went skiing, I was in my 30’s and it was very mild Pennsylvania-Camelback if I remember correctly. I’m 81. I did not do well at all!
Hardly any "creampuffs" out in the storm which makes it so much nicer for you on the runs! Enjoyed the video.
thanks mate!
We ate lunch at Heavenly decades ago but was summer!
good fall and thanx for missing the trees
I am happy about that too!
Awesome! I miss Cali!!!♥️🤙
thanks mate!

Wow.... Conditions look amazing... It looks like you are on the QST 98... I was on the QST 106.. Great Skis..
QST99. I would love to get something just a bit bigger
@@tahoemountainlife I think you would probably love the QST 106
Butter!!!
yup!
Super nice video sir!
thank you!
I feel sorry for the poor snow blower.
haha. She'll be right
Snow looks heavy to lift.
that would not be fun for sure.
You need a shovel with an ergonomic handle!
The snow Jo handle broke. Need to get a new one.
Love doggie snow rolls. How did the fall happen? You seem to be the least likely one to fall.
WIth my fall, I lost visibility, thought I was on the groomer but I wasn't. Wasn't turning like I was on powder. that was unfortunate.

And it keeps coming down!
yup! dumping!

I was in the pinnacles area.
Hey! I'm first.. For first time ever 😂 Be safe! I'm envious
Yes you are! Nice one!
