Enjoyed the video. One small point '2.Thee / formal speech and thou / informal speech' should read '2. You / formal ...'.
I don’t know why the video is using thee & thou, it’s so archaic it’s more confusing than helpful, especially since those are informal, not formal.

Remek óra. Élvesztem. Ha összeadom az időt azt hiszem nem voltam Othon több ideig mint 60 napig. Most (2022) vagyok 79 éves és Braziliába töltöttem az egész életemet. De hála jó Istennek a szüleim rákényszerítettek hogy magyarul beszéljek otthon. És így hát megmaradt bennem a magyar nyelv. Dacára annak hogy már idős ember vagyok szándékozók elhagyni Brazíliát és otthon élni. A szívem és lelkem örökre megmarad magyarnak.

You can use "good morning" in informal and formal addressing :D Depends on what kind of connection you have to someone you have to use different forms of speech, but if you are friendly with someone you don't have to care about much because it won't matter.

For me as a Finn the structure of hungarian language appears familiar, but words are long and hard to follow when they are spoken (or sung) fast. So here is a video in Finnish, also sung fast: czcams.com/video/PJJ_zmDWGqc/video.html

Az 1. is logikus, mert a "sok alma" az 1 halmaz (1 csoport, 1 falka, 1 kupac, 1 kiló, stb.)
pl. külön szánhúzó szarvasok, de egybefogva már hat szánhúzó szarvas
pl. a múzsák 9-en voltak, ez összesen 9 múzsa, egy része 4 múzsa.
pl. Egy kupac kopasz kukac meg még egy kupac kopasz kukac az két kupac kopasz kukac :)

Hi Zsuzsi, I would like to learn with you.
Magázás might mean the usage of 'Ön' or 'maga'. 'Ön' is slightly more polite and formal. You should use it when you speak to an officer, or if you want to be extremely polite with another unknown adult person in the shop. You use 'maga' to an unknown adult person in an everyday situation when you just don't want to be extremely polite. Or you might use it to your neighbor if you are not kind of friends. 'Te' might sound too intimate then and 'Ön' might sound too official. When you are not sure it is better to use 'Ön' than 'maga'. Err on the safe side - it is better to be a bit too polite than not polite enough. You can listen to Hungarians when they actually use 'maga' and then you will know more exactly.
A great explanation. I was just wondering myself what the exact difference was between ön and maga ( thought that 'maga' was a little old-fashioned ).
@@joesiciliano2063 I am not a linguist but it seems to me as if maga would slowly recede and be replaced by Ön. But "maga" is pretty much in everyday use today (yet?).
"Maga" has a special character of colloquiality and provincialism and an alliance against the Official World. For example in this sentence: "You also know one has to use some tricks sometimes" (to evade some official regulation). Then you would naturally use "maga" in this sentence and not "Ön". ("Maga is tudja hogy muszáj trükközni néha".) "Ön" might sound a bit weird and suspicious for your adressee in this case. ("What? Do you use the vocabulary of the Official World and still try to convince me that we are allied against it?") You could also use "te" but only to a true friend or buddy. For an acquintance you would use "maga".
Or one can say: "You idiot, you scratched my car" (with yours). If you use "te" in this sentence it means you are so rude you might even want to fight. Still not necessarily though. ("Te idióta, meghúztad a kocsimat!") If you use "maga" it only means you are pretty angry. ("Maga idióta, meghúzta a kocsimat!") You might still want to fight but you might be contented with an "I am sorry, sir, I am ready to pay for it" (bocsánat, uram, kifizetem"). If you use Ön in this situation ("Ön idióta, meghúzta a kocsimat") the other would think you are a philosopher or an unimaginably polite surreal gentleman, or that you are insane or that you are a foreigner who does not know Hungarian well enough... :-)

Néha olyan furán mondja a szavakat, hogy azon is elgondolkodtam, hogy eredetileg nem magyar. Például az é-t csomószor e-nek ejti. De lehet csak átszokott az angolra (vagy valamelyik másik tanult nyelvre).

Hungarian language omits the subject, which makes me confused because I need to know the subject from

U spent all that time explaining #2 and how important it is, but what words are we supposed to use and when? How is Szia related to Tengezes, or Jo napot related to Magazas, or "Aunti"? If there are categories of words that are formal and informal examples would help.

English translation of -ba/-be is "in/into", while the -hoz/--hez/-höz is "to", -ra/-re is "on/onto" Easiest way to explain :3

So the difference between:
"A kutya csontot eszik." & "Csontot eszik a kutya."
are basically the same as:
"The dog is eating a bone." & "A bone is getting eaten by a dog."
Now. Does the meaning differ? :D
Nope. It's more like German or Latin where the endings determine the verb functions. Starting the sentence with 'dog' or 'bone' just places more emphasis on those words.

Will You be so kind to mention ( somehow , somewhere ) that the Hungarian alphabet is the biggest , greatest with its 44 letters . Anyway it should have 47 , because long ago there had been deep and high E , I and O , but the printing offices had deleted them , unfortunately .
Primitive languages have got 20 plus X letters .
The Hungarian language has got 18 cases , the Baskian 12 , the Polish 7 , the German 4 , and the English/Italian / spanish / French have got 1 case ( The Nominative Case )...
English has five, Ablative, Nominative, Genitive, Dative, Accusative.

Tárgyrag: vadász-tigris-megölte. Nem mindegy, hogy a vadász ölte meg a tigrist, vagy a tigris ölte meg a vadászt.

Többször próbáltam megtanulni magyarul, de amikor rátérek a nyelvtani esetekre, teljesen elveszek, és valahogy feladom...Ráadásul hiába tanulnék, hiszen Magyarország nem olyan ország, ahol szívesen fogadnak :(

The sentence of: "A kutya csontot eszik." without the "-t" is: "A kutya csont eszik." which would mean: The dogbone is eating." XD
nem mindegy hogy csapba szarsz vagy szarba csapsz.
Aha. És a többes szám az ugyan miért is nem logikus?! Pont, hogy a többi nyelvben nem logikus! Ha már egyszer kifejezem a mennyiségét valaminek azzal, hogy "sok" vagy "6" vagy akármi, akkor miért kéne még egyszer kifejeznem??? Pontosan a többi nyelvben van idióta módon, de azért köszi, hogy még le is húzod a magyart, azzal, hogy "nem logikus"!
