I bought this watch in dubai. When I tried to configure for india, it did not find the device. When I change country it starts working. But I am unable to use watch face. Any solution for this?
What happened? Make sure you follow all the instructions, if you connected your redmi watch 3 active to other phones before, you have to unpair it first, or from your redmi watch go to settings->system->factory reset
When i try to add the device through mi fitness app nothing shown there. When i use add device through scanner option it showing unsupported device. But its detecting on normal Bluetooth search outside the app. It was purchased from UAE but first time activating from India. Do we have any solution???
@Lyntech Studio - I can't find the device on add device but it can pair using Phone bluetooth. I bought the Watch in Kenya, i have tried setting it to both china & Kenya regions both won't work. please help.

Changing the region to India worked
If you're facing problem to connect to mobile? keep note from Which country you purchased put it the same country then it will appear to connect

try to connect it via bluetooth only, once paired go to Mi Fitness app then add. if it's unsupported, you might bought a fake one.

Bro u have to set the location in the app to the location from where u bought the watch and then scan it. Then it will work
