i have a national insurance number since 2010 .I left after brexit ( I'm from a EU country)and i didn't apply for permanent residence. Is it still valid ?

Your National Insurance (NI) number remains valid even if you left the UK after Brexit and did not apply for permanent residence.
However, if you plan to return to the UK and work, you may need to check your immigration status and ensure you have the right to work in the UK. Since Brexit, there have been changes to the immigration rules for EU citizens. Any confusion feel free to ask...

My NI card has 2 additional letters "LB" in the red bit after my NI number, any idea what they mean?

According to the HMRC discussion page, Its used by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for internal purposes. Send me the picture of it, without personal details and information.

As an international child living in the UK under your father's guardianship, you might be eligible for an NI number, especially if:
You plan to work in the UK (even part-time) after you turn 16.
You want to claim certain benefits in the future (though this might not apply to you as a dependent).
