Nice videos containing most of Prague's (+ other cities') public transport. More train videos would be good. There are many of them from Stockholm but not so many from Prague (and there are tons of stations and different trains valid under Prague's integrated fare).
Since 2018 all (Os+R) trains are integrated under PID system within Prague + Central Bohemia so it's worth exploring cities outside as well. Southern and western of Prague you'll find rocky and hilly terrain while northern and eastern mostly lowlands perfect for cycling around rivers.
