Sundowns environment is very different to that of Orlando Pirates. At Pirates, Lorch didn't have to fight for his place in the squad, he knew that he was in no matter what however, at Downs, that does not work. You need to work hard and fight for your place regardless of who you are and your quality. Merit is the main thing at Downs.
I don't understand why Zwane has to "rest". The guy is only 34 soon 35 and if anything Downs is playing the same amount of games per season like a team in Europe would.
This guy can manage, Zwane should be playing full 90 minute matches everytime. If the likes of Mkhitaryan, Giroud, and many other players at that age, game in game out like cand do it, nothing is stopping Zwane.

He must learn not to rush. He's no longer playing for Pirates. At Sundowns, when you are in the final third, you do not rush. You wait for support. Good performance though.
Absolutley. The only skill he has to prove now is flexibility. Abandoning the old style of play to adapt to the new one. It's one of the skills that seperate the best from the everage.
