So bad!!! I'm having a dryer hose cleaning kit delivered tomorrow. My outside vent blows a lot of air so it doesn't seem clogged. I've never cleaned the hose in the 8 years I've had it. I clean the outdoor vent...a cloth net bag catches the lint and I shake out the lint every time there's any in the bag. I also clean out the screen at the dryer every load of clothes, so I'm HOPING I won't clean out a ton. It will be embarrassing if I do. I'm a 76 year old woman living alone and hope I do it right. I'll attach my dry vac to the little attachment that comes with the kit and run the cable (like what you use) through another hole. Wish me luck!!!
Total it ended up being about 30 feet. Which is pretty standard. They said they cleaned it only one time in 19 years. I questioned if it had ever really been fully cleaned.
Wow, awesome job! Mind if I ask what camera were you using? I want to inspect my house's vent's as well and the camera you used seem to work very well!
All that Lint Mold and attic insulation need to be replaced with new. Talk bout Dryer On Fire?! Try attic too. That electrical outlet needs testing or replacement!! And that dryer piping dried out or better yet replaced. Deadly as Fuk!!😮😮😮😮😮
Should've be contained and all new pipe. Introducing thus wet to the insulation will eventually flash over mold issue and toxic house. This is why I never buy other people's homes. I worked as a real estate agent and saw lots of this stuff.
After a few uses the pipe should dry out. It was building up for probably 19 years. The pipe is galvanized steel so i think it will be fine now. There was no musky smells either.

Just add some corn and this goes from a dryer vent to a sewer line clog.
Eeewww!! 😂

I have a roto vision camera. Its a really nice one!
Squeezing liquid bacteria out into floor and now seeping into cracks of floor. Hum. Here ice toxic mold, here toxic mold. Make a home.
I will keep in mind what you are saying. Thanks for your comment.

Wow! That was ugly!
Was that a radon fan inline? If so, is that a standard practice?
It’s common when the run is over 30 feet, but I don’t see those very often!
Crazy

I charge $60 more to fight a wet clog.
I did more than that. I was about 2.5 hours into that job. I had to change more.
@@dryeronfire oh yes, attic entry plus wet clog is more!
