Today I made an easy and delicious raspberry popsicle!
0:00 Sugar (100g / 3.5oz) + Pectin (8g / 1 tsp).
Raspberries (150g / 5.3oz)

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Lemon juice (1 tsp).
Strain through a sieve.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
Cream 33-36% (400ml/1+3/5 cups).
Beat until thick.
Condensed milk (80g/1/4 cup).
Mix jam with whipped cream.
Ice cream molds (8 pcs.).
For convenience, transfer to a piping bag.
2-3 hours in the freezer.
Chocolate (300g/10oz).
Melt in the microwave.
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp).

Beat for another 1-2 minutes.
Cocoa (1 tbsp).
1 bar of chocolate.
Assemble the ice cream as shown in the video.

No sé cómo estará, pero para empezar lo de los 5 minutos es mentira, solo el vídeo dura mas de 12, y con los ingredientes y trabajo que lleva (los he visto mas fácil y mejor) sale mejor comprarlo en una buena heladería, que las hay, al menos en España
