I actually have been doing it for 3 days and I have lost 3 lb. But I believe the biggest contribution is the warm water with lime which is the way that the Japanese use to clean their liver and kidneys. I have more energy, and I've actually cut down on my coffee. Normally I drink three cups and today I was only able to drink half of each I had no desire to finish.
I also feel more clear in my head and now I have replaced this drink with my morning coffee and I feel clarity and my stomach has gotten flatter and my inflammation is gone down but I believe it's because the liime is helping with inflammation

I think the best advice in here is that he says this is just advice and that he is skeptical, suggesting he has done no study and is only making a sweeping generalization about this being a trend and no more than that. I’ve seen other videos on this topic that go into the cellular biology of it. Those at least provide some scientific basis of why this works rather than just opinion.
