I'm helping someone finding a place to rent in Newcastle so thought I'd be nice to do a comparison video. What are your thoughts? Where do you prefer to live? X
What happened to you is actually the most accurate representation of the reality in London. Not only is there almost no affordable housing, be the competition is so overwhelming that even waiting a day for a viewing puts one at risk of what happened to you! Great video!
Yeh the market is brutal! The same thing with buying too. I viewed a HOUSE 4 days after listing and they already had 5 offers in the bag and looking to close end of that day! 😱
Dissapointed you didn't say hi when you were here. 😭😁 He went to the wrong hairdresser. The ones I've seen (and there are a LOT in Newcastle), only charge around £10-£12 or £4.50 in the Grainger Market at the training salon. I knew you were going to say the flat was in Jesmond before you said it. lol My 2 bedroom flat is £92.60 a week, but it's not in a posh area. It's not in a terrible area either though. You can rent a 4 bedroom house in Newcastle for £1300 a month.
Hope you enjoyed your trip to Newcastle Poppy and could you understand the accent? p.s. not sure but I think dogs are banned from that section of the beach where you were.
We have got lots of open countryside and some fantastic beaches all within easy reach and of course a vibrant nightlife, what more could you want? excluding the weather of course 😉

I prefer Newcastle of course. 😁😁Although the music festival that's been on in the last couple of days has been annoying me!!

If london is bad spare a thought for hk, much more ruthless
This is also a north vs south issue. Things are generally more expensive the nearer you are to London & the Home Counties
That's so true because even though you move a bit further out of London to commuter towns, they aren't that cheap neither.
you didntactually film jesmond.......tynemouth isnt really newcastle.

Yep I did find 3 bedrooms house for £800 per month just outside the city centre
Ha ha ridiculous price for a haircut. You always pay more in the city centre
How much is 1300 pounds in Europe or dollar
