Mam, मुझे बहुत जुकाम रहता हे। पुरे साल ही जुकाम रहता है, इस बिमारी से मे बहुत परेशान हु। मेने आप की health वाली video भी देखी medetation भी करता हु ,मे ठीक होने की वजय ओर बिमार हो गया हु। पता नही कयो? मुझे नाक की एलजी है । जब तक दवाई खाता हु ठीक रहता हु फिर वही हाल ।

अगर हाथ में किसी तरह की चोट या मोच हो, गर्भवती महिलाओं,कंधे की चोट में इस मुद्रा का अभ्यास नहीं करना चाहिए।
Agar humne apne body ke acording koi three ya four hasat mudra ka chunavo kita hai to un sab ko ek sath kr sakte hai ya kuchh anteal ke bad. Btaiye kaise kr sakte hai
mudra par depend karta hai ki konsi mudra pahle aur baad me aur kitni der karni chahiye. General rule nahi bana sakte.

मैडम जी नमस्ते। गणेश मुद्रा के बारे में पुरी जानकारी नहीं आ रही हैं। जबकि गणेश मुद्रा का सही तरीका तो थोड़ा चेन्ज है। लगभग 15 मिनट का समय में 3 स्टेप में होती हैं यह मुद्रा तो।
