You should do this but with every big team (Man United with Rooney and Ronaldo, Chelsea with Drogba and Lampard, AC Milan with Ronaldinho etc) and simulate 5 seasons. See who wins the most UCLs, who wins the Balon d’Or, what transfers are made etc. Would be a very good video
