The audio is constantly breaking up in this video. You are not crazy. I just ordered a pair of the Bose 700 UC headphones. It better not do this when I get them or I will be reselling them immediately. I don't have time for audio cracking up either.

Damn that was a pretty big difference in voice and background noise cancellation. Thanks for the demo, gonna grab a pair

@@HeadsetAdvisor OK so sounds quality is poor with USB link than Bluetooth which was unexpected. Also I see no improvement in mic. There are many people on the reddit saying the same thing. Search it.

      My post on reddit:
ok, so the main problem using a USB link with windows is that it goes in 'call' mode. If you disable the mic (change mic to internal or any other external mic) and just use the USB link for sound output in windows settings it sounds good (same as how it sounds when connected to Bluetooth). This is because two-way channel transmission lowers the quality as your use the mic as input and get sound back as output (note: this is for windows. MAC OS may perform better. Try it)
Real use: Teams- Let's say you have a meeting. Turn on the mic and use it as normal. After the meeting, if you decided to listen to the music/media again you have to disable the mic as mentioned in the above paragraph.
Conclusion: Not at all worth the $70+tax. In fact, reviews on CZcams are so paid that it feels like we watched the TV commercial and emptied our wallets. I got it in student discount so I am going to keep it just for picking up calls.

@@747lalit thanks for sharing your thoughts. Unfortunately any headset we’ve tested, they all seem to perform this way.
When listening to music, If you change the microphone setting to something aside from Bose, the speakers give you the stereo sound. With the mic set it goes back to call mode for better call quality.
A solution we’ve found is customers can use headphones of their choice and add the Modmic here to get stereo sound plus great microphone sound czcams.com/video/Tut1KDa_S3M/video.html
Something to consider in the future.
