but as for my knowledge telnet protocol is not secure to use,
because it sends all of the commands and data in plain text,
so ssh protocol is recommended for remote access.
telnet is usual use in lan network
Yeah ssh is more secured in compaire of telnet

Agar jis computer ko apko access krna hai uska IP nhi hai to agar uska host name Ho to aap IP find kar skte hai. Agar host name bhi nhi hai to aap access nhi kar payenge. Second thing ki agar sare computer switch ya hub ke through connect hai to fir apko 1computer ki IP 2computers me ya 2ki IP 1computer me configure karne ki jarurat nhi hogi.

services pe bhi telnet ka option nai dikha rha
Aap control panel pr ja kr program and feature pr click kriye then turn windows features on or off option pr click kriye and vha pr apko telnet server ka option bhi mil jayega.

you can use telnet ,firstly you go to services.msc which is operate in run and after that you go to control panel and after that program and feature option and after that click in turn windows feature on or off option and tick in telnet server and client both options check box and then you can manage any pc through cmd. i hope you got it,i will make a video in this topic soon .
