HeadCanon I think Bruce’s snap brought back Gamora by undoing Thanos’s snap. The sacrifice of her no longer meant anything, so she was allowed to return to existence
Thank you. She was from a different timeline, along with Thanos, Ebony Maw, etc. If Professor Hulk brought her back with his snap, then present day Vision, Loki, etc would've came back too.

I feel like she was the most deserving of killing thanos, she suffered far more at his hands than anyone else in the movie. Everyone else was snapped peacefully away but she got punched in the face and was forced to watch the person she loved get murdered in front of her twice.

The whole point of Shuri's procedure was to attempt to separate the Mind Stone from Vision.
She didn't finish the procedure, but she did make significant progress into it. It's possible that a portion of his mind survived.
Because Vision is an android, not a human, he could be repaired, especially since
his remains were left in Wakanda. They'd absolutely have the tech (and the Vibranium) to fix him.
After all, the upcoming show is called WandaVISION. He will more than likely be in it.

I feel like Guardians 3 will be a journey into the soul stone, to save Gamora, especially considering the rumoured involvment of a certain Mr Adam Warlock
The thing is the soul stone from their timeline is destroyed. Unless they did something with time travel but i doubt it
Its certainly more of a possibility with Guardians than with anything else at this point, especially with the inclusion of time vortexes and the like. But since they've just done time travel in Endgame, I agree, its unlikely. But then one could argue that just because the stone is destroyed, doesn't mean the soul world is, as I imagine that such a place is transcendent of time. Eh i dunno, just a theory I guess!
Well actually thanos said he reduced them to atoms so technically they could have gone into the quantum realm and that could have been the movie but eh..

Nebula and Tony spent 22 days together. I'm sure he knew all about Gamora plus Nebula was with Gamora the whole time in the final battle of Endgame. She'd know if she was dusted. Also, Nebula didn't have any lines after the snap so I think it's safe to say when the battle was over, Gamora told Nebula she needed some time or something like that then peaced the scene.
Actually she technically helped the Guardians try to convince Quill and Thor to fight each other to decide who was the leader.
I was thinking this same thing. I mean, 22 days and your family never comes up? Not even once? He would probably figure that Gimora was with Thanos who came from the past, and he didn't want to hurt Nebula by killing her sister, so he wished to "Destroy all evil that time traveled from 2014," Which is why the ship disappears too.
If Steve returned the stones to their original locations, and you can't trade the soul stone back, how did he return the stone to Red Skull with Black Widow's soul inside it?

I can't remember which video it's in but either J or Ben reference the idea of that world's Red Skull taking the Soul Stone as he is no longer bound to protect it and using it as a villain. A lot of stuff was actually effected in the other world prior to what you may have thought: They get to keep Vision because their Thanos is dead, their Tony Stark never needs to die (Unless they get a whole other Thanos.) and they will never be dusted so characters in Far From Home who are older now would have grown with the rest of their school.

Gamora - The person in question
‘To be’ - to be in a certain state at a certain time/to exist
Depending on your interpretation of ‘is’ it can either mean ‘Why does Gamora exist?’ or ‘Why is Gamora...?’ The ellipsis indicates an unfinished sentence in this case. As Drax clearly meant the sentence to be finished, I’ll go with the first interpretation.
Gamora exists because when Thanos wiped out half her planet, he ‘saved’ her from it by adopting her as his daughter, thus preventing her from dying or ‘not existing’. Later on in her life, she uses skills her father taught her to survive multiple dangerous situations and then places her trust in a group of new friends, the Gaurdians, who all help each other to continue existing and stay alive.
In other words, Gamora is because of genocide, ‘adoption’, favouritism and luck.
However, she dies after this question is asked, meaning she no longer is, and Drax’s question is irrelevant and inaccurate. Why is gamora is a bad question because Gamora isn’t.

Thanos did not shrink them, he obliterated them, the line was referencing the fact that the stones were at best atoms in the wind making it impossible for them to undo his will upon the Universe.

The beginning of the movie is up to a year after “Infinity War”, Captain Marvel and Rocket tell everyone that a similar energy signature as the one that occurred on Earth after Thanos snap his fingers was detected in a planet called the Garden, which is where he was located and killed.

Pretty sure Stark send everyone back in time instead of killing them.
So the scan can’t find Gamora since she continued her life like she would have normally with everyone’s memory wiped. That is the only explanation while keeping in mind what Bruce-hulk said about time travel.
Look, I don’t really know how the stones work all the well but I’m pretty sure the only thing that happened at the end of endgame was another bites the dust instead of another go’s back in time to live the rest of their life until they actually die

My theory is that Adam Warlock is going to play some part in tracking down Gamora from the soul world in GotG vol 3, given his comic experience with the soul world, and that we know he is planned for vol 3.

I feel he is going to be in vol.3 because they did not trully confirm if adam was going to be in vol.3 and that there was a whole post credit scene about adam being made in a cocoon by aiesha.

I believe since they grew up while anyone who got snapped didn’t age, the students who didn’t get dusted moved on from high school and graduated/are in college now. Bc for them life didn’t stop. But as for peter and his friends they’re the same age so to them nothing even happened.
The movie is supposed to start 5 minutes after Engame and the first thing they do when a bunch of students (and possibly teachers) appear out of nowhere? Go on field trip to Europe? Wouldn't there be paperwork or something.

I think the soul stone accepted Black widow and that's how Gamora was able to exist in the present time. She didn't come to the current time till after they get the stone

Clicking on this video, I just thought: "Oh, that's easy. she went back to her home dimension." But you do have some interesting points.
I think her 2014 self is fine and off somewhere else. It must have been extremely overwhelming for her. Even the Nebula she knows is a completely different person now. They've all grown and she hasn't fully developed yet. I don't think we're supposed to think about it too hard because it'll be explained in Guardians 3, which I believe will be the search for her. I think they would have shown us if she was snapped and the nod to her at the end where Quill was searching for her felt like a pretty obvious clue of what was to come.
But how did she get off earth then?

I personally believe that maybe Black Widow's death is maybe not as important as Iron Man's death? I don't know, but that's just my theory, I did get affected by Black Widow's death and all, and honestly, I can't really tell on which death is the most saddest one to affect hundreds of people, but I believe that Tony Stark's death was the saddest yet the most heartbreaking moment ever, well, I mean, Black Widow's death was also a heartbreaking moment but... it wasn't as... important, as Tony's death. Just saying, though.
@@mystic.dreams Tony's death was sad, I agree (I never liked him much until his death), but Black Widow sacrificed herself for others too. Tony was never sure that he'd die. Natasha KNEW that she was going to die. There's a difference. When one takes a risk without knowing the outcome on whether he/she will die or not, he/she is (sort of) more willing to take that risk. However, when that same person knows that there is a 100% chance of dying, he/she would definitely reconsider before making a decision.
Tony might have thought that what Dr Strange meant by the fact that there was only one outcome where the Avengers emerged victoriously was that Tony had to snap - not necessarily that Tony had to die. Do you see what I'm getting at?
I apologise if I seem a bit (too) defensive on Black Widow's behalf, but she's my role model and I never really liked Tony Stark much... I loved Peter Parker and I felt that if anyone was mean to him, I'd hate that person. However, Endgame changed my perspective of Tony Stark. He's still not a person I idolise much, and that's kind of the reason I'm not supporting him much in this statement.

I thought that the galaxy scan didn't work because Gamora smuggled her way onto the ship. She did this so she could study her "family" and if they are worth her time.
After finally coming to terms with Tony's death this was also one of the first questions that popped into my head.
I definitely think 2018!Gamora (Infinity War) is dead but 2014!Gamora fled Earth (have absolutely no idea how). I think maybe Quills search for her isn't working because she's from an alternate timeline that basically just ceased to exist once Steve put the power stone back on Morag, and maybe that interferes with scanning her presence. Questions, questions.
Well, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is also going to have Adam Warlock since he is hinted at the end of GG vol.2, and Adam Warlock normally has a lot to do with the Soul Stone so we might get some more Soul Stone/Gamora information. At the same time thou, I kinda think they won't talk/bring back the infinity stones again since Thanos destroyed them in 2018.

I thought it was obvious that Tony snapped all things that were from the past, as in past Gamora, past Nebula, and everything from Thanos's ship. They simply didn't want anything from the past in the present timeline, or else that could cause problems, that's why Cap had to bring the stones back to the past.
If he had snapped everything from the past away then mjolnir and the stones would've been snapped too

The past Soul Stone and the present Soul Stone is not the same stone. Gamora's Soul Stone was destroyed by Thanos, more than likely with Gamora's soul in it. The past Gamora is more than likely some where on the ship on her own because she doesn't know the rest of the crew. Guardians 1 and 2 never happened for her. Iron man did know about Gamora because of the whole 'Who is Gamora' skit. Also Iron man didn't snap away everyone that came with Thanos because present Nebula came with Thanos as a Hostage. Gamora was also in the women's push of the Gauntlet to Ant man, I'm pretty sure Iron man seen that because that is why he had to do the snap, Thanos destroyed the Van.
This is the most plausible explanation.
