Well said Nana! I totally agree with what you've said and the verdict of the court. She must never be allowed British Citizenship again. Also her appeals and lawyers etc should not be paid by the British tax payers.

Why ? No Judge has said she is bringing an unreasonable case and legal aid is only granted if she has an arguable case. I do not care whether she wins or loses, but either she has the same rights in court as anyone else or she does not, which , if she is treated differently, is dangerous.

If an Asylum Seeker were charged with Rape or a Domestic Violence offence, without legal aid or a court appointing a lawyer at taxpayers expense you are saying they should cross examine the alleged victim themselves.

I don`t understand how we are paying her legal fees. If she no longer has a British Passport then surely that means she`s not entitled to legal aid. She`s not a British subject so is not entitled to British aid. We must be the stupidest Country going if we are going to make rules and then go against them.
