Prince, nothing to say. Speechless. For all you crying about him showboating. That is Prince. They asked for Prince. They got Prince. He doesn't play instruments, he performs. And that was one hell of a performance. You didn't know, now you know.

At red rock that’s a big maybe though. I love the song. I love the lyrics. They mean so much to me personally. The world in its state with mankind growing exponentially by the second, therefore growing more corrupt. Because that is the way of man. People see and go along with it, or they don't. You can point out the flaws in the system. A person chooses hopelessness or not. I choose to help the less fortunate, plus I've had a very hard struggle with depression my whole forty years on this planet. That's my guitar gently weeping. The world doesn't stop for me or my needs.
Then, this performance! Tom Petty and Prince, who are now angels, honoring the late George Harrison, the man responsible for this glorious song. The rest of the group on stage a son and friends. I think of the struggles Prince faced during his life here and what he made of himself. To be on that stage, being absolutely perfection is what keeps me coming back to this performance over and over. Thank you to everyone involved from start to finish for making this available for my broken, hopeful heart to listen to when I need motivation.

I think George held people like that in very high esteem. People who showed their strength through thoughtfulness, spirituality, generosity, humor, basic decency and on occasions such as this, were additionally possessed with the ability to wield a guitar with the unsurpassable talent of a Prince. To the quiet Beatle and the Prince, thank you for this, and for everything you did to enrich people's enjoyment of music, sirs.

To the first best ally who allowed herself to be so understated in her heritage of glory. I couldn't have been introduced better parents for us if someone else other than God wasn't involved with That.
I miss you but you are never beyond a quick thought of all you are. I love you so much & never knew how to acknowledge you.
I'll let these musicians fill in the gaps.

When you Do something you Do it right, When you're paying tribute to a Icon you multiply that by 1,000. Everyone Man on that Stage put everything they had & Left it right there, At the end Prince took "it". Signed it, Sealed it & DELIVERED a Iconic Performance to another Icon. Outstanding Gentleman!!

I think alot of people don't realize how talented Prince was ! I think he was about 18 when he recorded his first album! Where he not only wrote all the music, lyrics , played each instrament! And arranged ! And continued to write everything! He could dance and sing ! And play!!! That for me separates him! From anybody else!!! That question comparing him to MJ ! Not even close!!! Name someone who plays 23 instruments writes hits , performs like that!!!!!!
