Crazy thing about the cloud macchiato is it wasn't vegan. I worked at Starbucks here in America before they discontinued it, and there's egg whites in the powder that went into the foam, to make it that "cloudy" texture 🫠
what makes it worse is that starbucks in america only did that bc it’s “easier & quicker”🙂

The best tofu: chop your smoked tofu in to tiny pieces, then marinate in oil, soy sauce and smoked paprika. You can leave it in marinade overnight.
Then put your tofu on baking tray (i highly recommend to put a baking paper on the baking tray first) and bake on cca 180°C till crispy (which is about 30min. i guess). Done!
It’s the best tofu, you should really try.❤️

Hey Vincent! can you try the banana broccoli salad recipe? Sounds disgusting but it's my favorite and whoever tries it loves it. It's very simple You cut the broccoli and the banana and then you make the sauce for the sauce you need light mayonnaise, honey, some mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix and done.

Frozen kale is meant for smoothies. Fresh kale is meant to be used in fresh salads. Any frozen leafy veggies will be water logged and soggy.

Thing is, you CAN eat "unhealthy" sweets and foods BUT in MODERATION. So a purely green lifestyle to me isn't necessary. I was able to lose weight and build muscles just by controlling my calories overall, no matter what exactly I ate.
