Great video! I'm nervous about pulling out the weather trim/sealing on the side.. mine seems very hard stuck there is that normal? And should I just pull harder? I have the same car as you

Yes they can be well on but it's just a case of rocking the seal and pulling for it to release.
Some makes/models are harder than others.
