Markets slowing down. Spring is almost over. Nobody wants to buy when they know rates are coming down further.

Very true. It’s still a guessing game right now and lots of people are still hesitant about getting into the market. The thing is prices continue to increase so speaking with a mortgage broker about the products available and working out how much it’ll cost for early renewal if rates suddenly drop versus the curent trends in price increases is key to working out what the best step is for your personal circumstances financially.
