As a Vietnamese person I’m grateful about how Gordon Ramsey try’s treats them. Full of respect. It’s hard to find people that don’t judge on sight, as well as people that try their best not to show disgust at such different types of food. It’s something I’m personally not disgusted by what so ever since I grew up in Vietnam but it doesn’t mean I can’t understand how hard it must be to try it.

My dad is from Vietnam and he loves food. When I was a kid, I remember asking him what the weirdest thing he ate was, and he told me it was a snake's heart. He told me that it apparently gives men stamina. At the time, had no idea what that meant, but I do now haha.
