I enjoy learning about these chefs and their restaurants, but I highly recommend not watching these videos on an empty stomach 😂
always watching when eating :D
Agreed
😂😂😂
"You know it's Vietnamese when the other half sells nail supply."
This had me cracking up because it's so true! 💯 😂
Didn’t know that.
tam's explanation of the restaurant's name was adorable, what a beautiful love story💕
As a first generation Vietnamese Canadian, and former Chef, this was so enjoyable to watch. Happy for Tam and Tam TAm.
Love Bon Appetit highlighting the Miami food scene recently.
Another dope fact about Tam Tam, they have a karaoke setup in one of the bathrooms. They've definitely curated a fun environment along with their amazing menu.
His passion is so infectious and he is so excited about what he’s doing, and that’s what makes him so passionate. He’s so adorable and congratulations to him and his husband.
As a chef and a total foodie nerd I gobble up these new releases so quickly. Really stellar job. I love how real and genuine this series is. In an ocean of fluff, these are gems. Just a day in the life of a cook, with stories and history interwoven into it. Beautiful ♥️
This guy is living the dream! He started a restaurant mainly using CZcams videos!
My favorite part was that last photo of the team
I love all the videos like this that BA puts out, but this one is hands down my favourite. Tam has such warmness and wisdom that radiates throughout the video. I hope to be able to eat here one day !!!!
The food is incredible :)
Went here in March and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had! The scallops and betel leaf lamb were incredible. I’m sure it’s going to be one of the hardest reservations to get in Miami soon.

I loved that photo at the end!
agreed! great editing choice and so happy to see the faces behind the video
somehow his fotos look nostalgic to me, despite me having no memories of anything like the food. It's amazing
My favorite restaurant ! They do such an amazing job! Couldn't be happier than I am for them shing so bright! They do an amazing job and deserve all the recognition they are receiving! Also the staff is just wonderful! XOX
Vietnam being a humid place also contributing to the taste of preserving food, since fresh food do not store long in the environment.
Đúng rồi. Ở Việt Nam rất nóng và ẩm.
loved the photo at the end we never get to see the folks behind the camera!
When your passion becomes your dream job.

Masakan yang enak ini bosku, wah aku yg mencicipi pasti rasanya pingin nambah, rasa lapar ku, salam dari Indonesia 6:07 6:09
Was gonna make that wing sauce until I saw this: 6:39. I'm sure it's delicious, but I don't think my apartment would ever smell the same again after doing that once.
What a lovely couple and great example of the American Dream ❤❤❤.
He's engineering delicious food.
Great job and an amazing story… I will be visiting when I'm in MIA.👨🍳💯♥️🏳️🌈👏
what a cute couple
love that he uses halal goat
South Florida has a great Viet community. Need to check this curry goat.
Mixing lamp with beef snd not writing it in the Menu should be a crime
Funny how the seating looks cheaper than that dish 13:54
Proves yet again - you can't judge a book by its cover.
❤❤
du ma im hungry
Cutting wings in half should be illegal everywhere 😤
❤
I'm Vietnamese and all the food and how he cooks it looks very strange to me 😅especially the raw scallop salad. I think his restaurant is more of a fusion style? Even the goat curry is kinda rare here and i'm sure very few Vietnamese moms know how to cook it, it's more commonly sold in restaurants.
