    Woody & Buzz, Riggs & Murtaugh, Tango & Cash, Batman & Robin. These are just some of the greatest duos we've ever seen, and now we can add Andre & Linus to that list.

    Regarding the C41 process: does all color negative film turn opaque black when testing the developer, regardless of the color of the emulsion itself? Great video and it's exactly what I needed, as I'm about to try and use my C41 chemistry that's been on storage for like 4 months already, I'm trying to figure out how far I can push this mix and still get results.

    • @seanc5718
      @seanc5718 Před 2 lety +4

      Yes. If it's been exposed to light it should turn black.

      @@MetalShinS0lidso I went to full process as if I was developing a roll exposed to light it came out with nothing but black that correct right I haven’t done this in a year so I want to trust my instinct but not really lol

    g'Day you blokes. Just discovered your system appears to be just what I've searching for. Here in Australia it's hard to get a lot of processing stuff the market is so small I'll be following up in the next few days. How much to sent a powder kit to Australia.

    I have tried to develop 3 rolls with Cinestill Monobath DF96 and Lab Box, and I have damaged all 3 rolls, I do everything according to the manual, and the videos I have seen on the internet, and the film is not revealed, the emulsion remains stuck to the film, the product is new, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

    Just tried this with CS41 Dev and it did not come out opaque black but very dense brown/red. I'm assuming that means the dev is bad but I only mixed this kit a month ago and processed two rolls of 120. Wonder what happened? Chems were stored properly.

    Do simple color film develop, In film negative will invert for positive?

    Hi, my piece of film after the test is transparent, chemistry has only processed 5 films..where is the error?

  • @andyvan5692
    @andyvan5692 Před 2 lety

    good idea, but how do you do it if, say you are processing 120 MF roll film, or LF sheet film( or wet/dry plates, or tintypes) as these are discrete units, not a roll of stock, and at $20 AUD or so a sheet, etc, would turn out a quite expensive test.

      @blabla12345200 Před 2 lety +1

      you can still use just a snippet of 35mm as long as they share the developing process. In regards to emulsions 120 and large format are the same as 35mm, only the format is different. i don't know much about wet/dry plates or tintypes, but i assume you can just cover a smaller piece of material with the photographic emulsion and test that if you don't want to waste a whole photographs worth of emulsion.

    Thanks for the video. I just developed my second film and it came out completely blank. I did the test and it didn't become black. So maybe the developer is exhausted? (It s strange it is my second one and I did it after 2 months). In the case I wrongly inverted the two, how can I understand what s the developer and what s the bleach? They seem of the same color.... maybe the smell? Please help xD thanks
