- Maybe my favorite of Trane's blues tunes. It's a lot of fun to do some jazz/blues improv around that sixth string tuned down to Db.

Hello from Maine! Absolutely loved this. So thankful for your wonder-full music. Thank you
I love Maine. Thanks for the listen boss 😊
Way to feel the music 🎶😀
Thanks so much :)
Can't wait to see your sold out tour here in US 👋
Wowza. Sold out tour. One can only hope 😅
What an awesome interpretation, you're really making that steel string sing and every note feels so deliberate! ...And the cat at the end is adorable 😸
Thanks for that. That's "Stella" making the cameo at the end. She's actually fifteen, going on five..
Super tasteful and amazing touch! Grazie!
Thanks for listening
Thank you Eric, any new submission from you is always a huge source of inspiration for us!
Oh thanks so much for that. Hope its a great rest of the weekend for you
Really enjoyed listening to that! Equinox is a new track to me. Afro Blue is one of my favourite Coltrane blues.
Thanks for listening, Ww, I totally forgot about Afro Blue. I used to play that years ago. I think I've gonna try to resurrect that one now! Thanks.
So very excellent Eric. ❤
Oh man, thanks so much.
I can dig it. Thanks!
Love it!
Thanks so much
A Tube for a Deep Dive lesson. Wonderful played
Not a bad idea :)
So cool! Love your use of dynamics. Funny I worked on this tune years ago, and never got anywhere interesting with it. Just goes to show what a little imagination can do with a simple minor blues.
Thanks so much. Yeah I also worked on this tune for a while and then set it aside, went back-and-forth a few times… And then one day just kinda comes together I guess…
Magnifique!
Thanks boss :)
@@EricSkyeMusic It’s pretty perfect….it has Trane and it has Skye, and that’s a great mix. You get to the heart of a tune and then take ti someplace new.
@@hackerguitar Thanks Matt. You made my day sir :)
This was so very cool, Eric! I loved the sounds! - Glenn
Thank Glen. You know I always love the compliments on sound the most :)
Superb Maestro!
Thanks boss 🙏
Always enjoy you playing this tune.
Was this on No#2 after its recent visit to its maker for a refret & Plek?
Hi Dean. Thanks for the listening. Nope, this is number one.
the wedding ring zing was $#iT-hot. Next video standing up and barefoot or I'm calling the internet police. 😆
Ha! The thing about the wedding ring is now I have to stay married! 😂
@@EricSkyeMusic If your taste in ladies is as good as your taste in microphones, I think you'll be fine. hehehe
Majestic
Would be neat to hear on 12 strings by any chance
Haven't played twelve string in decades. But Would like to for sure
Alaska Piks have never sounded so good.
Thanks. I've been using them for over twenty years now. I file them fairly short..
