Method
-3 tbsp Ghee
-1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
-1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
-1 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli
-1/4th cup Chopped Onion
-2 tbsp Grated Garlic
-1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
-1/3rd tsp Turmeric
-1/2 cup Hung Curd
-2 tbsp Fresh Cream
-Salt to Taste
-Some Chopped Coriander Leaves
Note-
- dekho Onion & Garlic ko acche se fry kr lena
- onion and garlic fry krne ke baad gas ko off kr lena then add red chilli and turmeric, aur acche se mix kr lena
- ab mixture ko thanda ho jaane dena then add dahi(make sure flame off ho)aur ekdum acche se mix kr lena and use whisk for mixing
- ab gas ko on kro and lowest kr do and start whisking jab tak boil na aa jaye
- bus Coriander Leaves daal ke mast enjoy kro🤤

U can just add Malai that we normally get from milk
we should not mix curd and milk products. in ayurveda they are viruddh ahaar. means opposite foods . toxic ban jate hain vo body mein jkr isily normal dahi se bna lo bas

Guys don't add turmeric like this when you adding onions add turmeric then mix it well don't worry it will not burn Because onions contain water and cook it well❤❤❤
