There's nothing wrong with a quiet man, actually more positives from quiet men than men who are talkers. Quiet men are good listeners, don't hog conversations, level headed, chill, not a bragger, okay being alone, and you'll have new things to know about him unlike men who talk a lot will tell you everything you need to know or don't want to know in the first meeting.
I hate when people ask introverts " why are u so quiet?" Or " why don't you talk more " 🙄 this man is saving himself from social media stress and other people's bullshit
Love to see another foreign couple like this. I'm Canadian and my husband is chinese. He speaks both English and Chinese and me just English but I've been learning more and more over the years watching chinese dramas, the traditions and all that. I'm a full blown Ukrainian on both my parents side so it was a very big culture shock when I started having a relationship with my husband. I can't speak fluent mandarin( I wish I could) but I'm doing better than I have in the past. We r expecting our first child in July.

I am not concerned at all about teaching my child a language that’s different from the one they will be immersed in growing up.

It is a combination of a decent maternity/paternity system with good jobs. As I know girls are entitled to 15 months of leave but usually most people only take 3 (or are pressured into taking less). I had a super good boss so I could use it fully~ Jae's case is unique to his job. I've never heard of anyone getting as much time off as he did. Maybe I can make a video on it sometime ^^
