I know this is an old video, but can I ask what your audio settings are in eve? Do you have atmosphere and music all the way to zero to hear all the other effects? I can never figure out how to hear the locking sound effects etc.

Your nos returning 0 cap unless your ship has the blood raider bonus to it, will not transfer cap from an enemy unless your % of cap is lower. And when you said you are returning 0, your cap % looked about 70%

VOLUME LEVEL
Master Volume 100%
Music Level (Roughly 5%)
UI Sound Level (Roughly 35%)
UI Speech Level (Roughly 90%)
World Level (Roughly 40%)
ADVANCED
[Checked] Advanced Audio Settings
Atmosphere (Roughly 45%)
Jump Activation (Roughly 80%)
Everything else is 50%
That's pretty much it. I hope this helps.
