  • A very simple method of making a wooden round frame for a mirror.
The frame is simply cut by the router using the parallel stop that comes with the kit.

Workshop of a Russian girl, where ideas are embodied in wood, metal and concrete.
My name is Anastasia Gerasimova. I am an architect from Russia. In my spare time I spend time in my workshop. I like everything connected with creativity, craft, design. I like to make things out of wood, draw, sew, cook delicious food, travel ...
Once I realized that I do not have one global goal in life. But I have a whole bunch of small goals, ideas and desires. I try to implement them all.
I would like to show you how much you can do with your own hands and enjoy the work done. To all a little infected with creativity.

Hello Anastasia! I've seen you from your other channel and I'm glad to see you still creating and inspiring all of us! Great work on the mirror, loved the methods and execution. Just a lil idea for you: maybe brand your designs and creations that you make in wood with your logo on a hot branding stamp.
Anyway, keep it up and cheers from Houston, TX.

Hi. Great job! 👍 2 questions. How are you bolting your circle jig to the wood block? You lost me after pounding in the bolt with its 2 nuts. I think you might have removed the bolt but not sure what you're screwing in with the allen wrench. What if any adjustment to the radius was needed for the rabbet once you changed to the rabbeting bit? I will try this for a round stained glass I want to frame and mount. Thanks!

Do you use the triangles in the inner corners versus using wider boards for added strength or to not waste wood? Thanks.

Not really a DIY if you need professional equipment that the average person doesn't have.

@@Channel-in6sc has nothing to do with creativity. some people don't know as much about woodworking. each individual step is relatively simple but there many steps and they require several power tools that most people don't have in their homes unless they're professionals or hobbyists. i have a little bit of experience with power tools but most of my creative work is 2 dimensional or textiles. i don't even know the names of some of the machines used. i wouldn't know what to get. what's the thing called that she used to cut out the circle, or cut those grooves, or trim the excess? it's complicated if you're inexperienced.
