- SCP 3449 is a Safe Class anomaly also known as The Things Left Unsaid.
SCP-3449 refers to an anomalous spiral-bound notebook with a dark blue cover. Due to the formatting of the writing, six pages of the notbok appear to contain normal diary entries, however the words used are incoherent and often ispemlls. Other pages of the diary are either torn, or left blank.
SCP-3449's anomalous property manifests in documentation about
SCP3449. All writing about SCP-3449 will contain arbitrary capitalization, misspellings; and other SYntactIcal errors. Attempts to revise or correct the writing will either fail to remove the errors, or create new errors.

This episode genuinely made me cry. I hope you all enjoyed my narration on this one!
It most definitely did. This one made me give it my full attention. Wasn't possible to multitask with this one. This is one of the reasons this channel is my favorite when it comes to SCPs. Happy to know I'll get to enjoy more of this. Thank you.
@@Roderickdl thanks very much ❤️

i spat out my water the first time that happened lol.
The way Hunter's narration became distressed near the ending was heartbreaking and it took his "now be sure to check out other SCPs like.." to actually lift off the darkness.
Narrator legit did his job so well he simply overcame a severe SCP effect in an instant O.O
"This is a pretty funny and clever way to portray this SCP."
"Okay, the jokes gone on a little long, the amount and severity of the mispronunciations has now become kind of annoying."
"HOLY FUCK THIS ENDING IS TERRIFYINGLY DEPRESSING"
Major props to both the writers and the voice actor

they should just write codewords instead of actual words, easy! Or use Numbers instead of letters, which they seem to correctly date every time. 👀

The frustration in Hunter's voice is way too fucking hilarious.
I wouldn't doubt that some of it is real frustration.
Sounds like when someone posts an anti-meme for one of his episodes on Limenade in his discord server

I love the fact that they misspelled the word Standard when they showed the Notebook open in the beginning. Dedication in not only the narration _(good job Hunter),_ but also animation.
How it went from hilarious, to annoying, to downright tragic and horrifying is genius

Personally I love the little instrumental faintly in the background not too long after the phrase "amogus" was mentioned
Yeah it’s the almost same as the game start sound in Among Us. I bet that wasn’t a coincidence.

I think it was because of the notebook. I think it’s a very safe SCP except the person who holds it gets words wrong and mispronounces certain things while speaking.
Rip hunter
Narration was extremely well done. Script was also great. I think it's much harder to create mistakes on purpose than it is to read it perfectly.
That was a fantastic voice over. Well done, sir. The actor's dedication to depicting the de-evolution of linguistics was, bar none, the best I've heard from a blogger to date.

this is my favorite episode by far simply because of hunters reactions to the spelling errors.

I've never thought of a favorite word but while puzzling one out in my head I had one hit me: Meticulous. And to say it you have to be... well, meticulous about it. It makes you carefully form each segment of the word as you pronounce it.
The script and narration on this video is by far my favourite. Well done. Also... every time I make a mistake now I pause and look at the keyboard with some uneasiness...

This SCP went from unbearable typo effect into an unstoppable catalyst of intellectual regression.
There is no intelligence loss. People still have the capacity to _understand_ language (Mr. Selsburgh could still understand what was said to him, even though he could no longer speak), but have lost the capacity to _use_ language in any form.

This is probably one of the most funny videos you have done... until the end, when it turns quite creepy. Hunter really did a great job voicing this; first the annoyance, then the frustration, and finally the fear and horror at the end of the video felt real.
When he says "We're almost there" when not even half the video has been finished, you know that he'll soon roll the fake end cards again.

Ruined his entire relationship in one text, truly demonstrates the severity of the anomalous effect
"Sonder (noun) = The realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own-populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness-an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you’ll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk." This is my favorite word for its definition.
My second favorite word is... love, because it is an enjoyable emotion to give, have and receive. Third favorite would be... sunlight? The pattern is that the word is associated with a positive memory and significant meaning. 😊😘

As someone who spent his entire youth reading bad fanfics, it took me way too long into reading the article to realize that it was supposed to be unintelligible.
Haha same here, I'm pretty sure my brain just automatically translates spelling/grammar mistakes now whenever I notice them
For real, reading some fanfiction on any websites (preferably Wattpad since it's easier to gain access to) has seriously served an automatic-correction whenever a spelling mistakes are written.
All of this was just glorious, but the part that got me the best was Gerdinal "axing" questions, because my girlfriend actually always pronounces "asking" like "axing", "asked" like "axed" and so on instead. She knows it's not technically correct, she just can't help it, and it's fucking adorable. And now here it is in a video 😂
