imagine spending a command point to turn a save to fish for crit save, when u have a ploy for 1cp that turns a save to crit save. LOL

On TP 3 why didn't the space marine upgrade a save to a crit to save 2 crits and a hit when hit by the barrage weapon? What about Elucidia's cousin Glorious, Vhane?
