Omg Irma I feel u, I sometimes do the same and compare myself with ppl my age or whatever and see what they have done and there’s me , where I really haven’t done nothing I feel , I literally just been working ,I do get up kinda sad too but also I just go with the flow and see where I go and whatever I’m meant to do and such I believe will come , just gotta snap out of it and honestly not compare ur self to others especially on socials, a reminder I have to to myself here and there. Everyone’s path is different and never to “old” to do something ✨
Irma I totally understand you. You need to find something that will motivate you and work towards it, that way even though you feel like you aren’t doing anything in life you will know that you are progressing towards your goals.

From a fans point if view i think everyone deserves their privacy of course but when certain influencers begin to pull back and stop telling personal things to their followers, they become uninteresting. A lot of influencers grew platforms because we loved seeing their personal lives so when they pull that back theres not much to be interested in anymore.

Irma, I feel the same way. We can only do so much to try to break generational toxic chains. We can try to show love and be there but if they don’t then you can force them and all you can do is focus on you, heal, and do what makes you happy.

Hay no meeee crying as soon as it started🥺 I’ve honestly thought aboutt my future like try to picture myself and I see a blank page. I’m always thinking about the moment or for tomorrow. I do see though for the future I want to be somewhere better than I am right now. I’m like Anny I can’t really talk much what’s going through my head or what I feel. I just keep it to myself or cry it out alone. Which I know it’s not healthy or good for me but I don’t trust anybody and I don’t tell my family much of it because I don’t want them to worry about me or give them something else to worry about you know..
Go back to school and study something that you’re interested in. Me personally, I was that person that use to hate school with a passion despite me being a straight A’s student. After years of not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, I decided to go back and finish school and now I’ve found more purpose in life. It’s made me feel like a whole different person. I feel new, alive , and definitely educated. I know school is not for everyone but if you don’t TRY you can’t fail. Hope that helps.
I feel like I became closer with my parents especially my parents after I had a kid and especially when I moved out. I'm the youngest of 6 girls and I feel like they always saw me as a baby so there really wasn't that respect that I wanted and now I am able to talk to her more and go over there a lot because I know I can leave and go home to my safe space and not feel suffocated like before.

I am not knocking down the weed. But I have friends who recently stopped smoking weed. The reason for it was because many of them have noticed that it’s actually not helping them in their mental health. They felt that it exacerbated their depression or anxiety. And literally some say that they’re doing better. I am truly surprised in their demeanor too. It took them like 6 months to see changes. So. Ya. That’s all! Love this podcast 😊
