sir , According to this text (A=65) means 65 when coverts to binary it will be 1000001 ; but 65 decimal number also written in binary form as 1000001 but how it will get know the entry is text or decimal number. can please clarify this.

Good question. Generally, when we write a decimal or binary number, we include the base. For example, if 100 is a binary number, we write (100)₂, and when 100 is a decimal number, we write (100)₁₀. So the base distinguish the binary and decimal number.
But in this video, for the sake of simplicity, we have not used the base.
