Such beautiful (and resourceful) tops! Totally agree about music - reinforced the idea of slowing down and enjoying the process! On that note I think I'll add "pleasure" to the P list for me! Sewing is meant to be enjoyable and I want to get better at taking a break if I'm getting all frustration and no pleasure!

Hello! Operating the sewing machine foot pedal is similar to driving an automatic car. Pressing down on the foot will cause the machine to 'go', and releasing it causes the machine to 'stop'. Hope this is helpful!
