Hey Ghoul! just wanted to say how helpful the section about "Overcoming a Defeatist Mentality" was for me. It almost single-handedly got me back to my locals. Your content is great and I love the deck list reviews for tourneys. Thanks for everything!
I passed the message on to Joey as well. Thank you for the kind words - they really mean a lot to me. Glad we could help you reconnect with this game we love.
Please do a budget deck series. I would love to point to that playlist as a resource for new players we have come into the fold. I’ll likely build one or two to have on hand to let folks demo!
Even after playing for a couple of years now, decision making still feels difficult, particular what to discard to pay, and particularly in decks running a bunch of 1 or 2ofs. E.g. mono earth Leo opening hand is all backsups and summons...am I discarding summons more readily because I need to be playing these backups the next few turns, or am I fine discarding certain backups since they are more readily recoverable using Cu Sith, etc. You and Joey's talk about thinking 1 or 2 turns ahead is probably how one manages these decisions.

Thanks for this vid! I’m a brand new player and this video was extremely helpful!
Thank you very, very much for this video!
I would absolutely love to see a budget deck series new player from South Florida by the way

If there is a way to see what all of the decks disussed look liked, that would be greatly appreciated
Would love a budget deck list or video
