superglue on aluminum and LED??? You should use thermal paste, NOT SUPERGLUE. Your project was great but I don't recommend that superglue as thermal paste. It won't transfer heat from LED to the aluminum and it will just destroy the LEDs because there will be no heat dissipation.
Hi it's not only heat transfer, super glue breaks down under heating and release's.
@@barrymayson2492 exactly. That is why superglue shouldn't be used like that. It voids the purpose of heat dissipation.
@@Schjoenz plus lithium batteries benith that plate will be a time bomb to blast to get blast temperature.
so basically it's a time bomb tourch.
I think you should watch mryeester. He conducted a test on CPU cooling with super glue and has the same effect as thermal paste.
Calculate the current draw and use a current limiting resistor so that LEDs don't burn up soon.

As u have used 3 batteries of 18650 3.7v but if we want to use only one battery of 4v and three leds will be less and for charging a 3W 8.97v 3A solar panel will be used

Si eso permanece encendido por más de 10 min el calor disipado por los led lo van a derretir yo hice pruebas con esos led y tuve que usar ventiladores de procesadores de PC, y se usa pasta disipadora para pegarlos no superglue

What's the runtime of the light on a single charge ? Can you add a dimmer switch for 3 different lumen settings ? How long does it take for the batteries to fully charge and with how many watts charger ? Can you add charging indicator also ? Please let us know. Thanks. :)
Each LED (3W 4V) consumes 700mAh → 11 LEDs will eat 7700mA every hour.
Battery is 3X2000=6000mAh, so it will run 6000/7000=0.779 hours → 46.75 minutes.
If you charge it from computer USB (5V 500mAh) it will take 6000/500=12 hours.
18650 and TP4506 charger are great stuff. A 3D printed case for this will cost $0.5.
@@tanakadingdong9170 baaki sab toh thek calculate kiya but battery old hai toh ab ye 2AH ki nahi hai ab ye karib 1200-1300 mah ki hi hogi iss hissab se 3500-4000 mah hai total .... 3.7 × 4000/1000 =15W ye 33W ki LED hai toh ye 25 Min k karib hi chalegi

Además led que yo sepa son de 3.7 voltios y esa platina, para disipar el calor estaba calidad pero ponele una resistencia para que no se quemen la led tan rápido, y ese modulo creo que es solo para una celda o una sola batería.
cells are connected in parallel so one module is ok - if they are 3W 4 V diodes then current consumption per one is 750 mA times 11 = 8250 mA . here we have three cells 2000 mA that is a total of 6000 mA then in good winds the flashlight will pull 43 minutes and 38 seconds .... :)
if it doesn't fail beforehand - I don't know what thermal resistance these diodes have and what is the parameter of the heatsink/blade
