    Another great video Allen! I can’t tell you how many shitty captains I’ve flown with that we’re almost oblivious to the task saturation of the co-pilot which adds a lot of unnecessary stress for the co-pilot and just decreases that margin of safety. Most of those crappy captains were from the corporate world while the best captain I’d ever flown with was a retired 757 cap who aged out of the airlines and was winding down his career flying corporate. That captain was an absolutely pro at always operating with respect to the big picture and pacing the cockpit accordingly. With respect to working efficiently and effectively as the PIC of a crew, I think a lot of pilots who transitioned to captain quickly are lacking in that dimension of good CRM.
