DmC: Definitive Edition: 100% Collectibles [Dante's Guide]

All Health Cross Fragments, all Devil Trigger Cross Fragments, all Secret Missions, all Lost Souls, and all the Keys locations, this is a guide for DmC Definitive Edition showing all the collectibles locations for Dante's Campaign.
One of the big differences between the definitive edition of DmC (2015) and the old DmC (2013) is the types of the Keys which open the Secret Doors, the old version had 4 types of Keys; Copper Key, Argent Key, Gold Key, and Ivory Key, the definitive edition made it much simpler and kept only one type of keys which open any Secret Door in the game.
