@@ChitraSwaminathan Hi mam, donuts during video shoot were baked for about 16 minutes, so were slightly over-baked and hence crumbly (but still yummy :)) . I re-tried baking them for exactly 11 mins and they were ok. Since these donuts are without yeast and prepared from wheat flour, texture will be slight dense, but they will be soft if baked for the exact time.

Hi, yes you can😊 But be careful about adding liquid while kneading dough. Because maida requires less liquid to be added
