Encapsulating with a base coat? I'll have to try that.
Yes, not all base coats can encapsulate but Dgel's Winnie the pooh one is pretty good in doing that. Just be careful it does burn when applying very thick.
What does it mean to be a “sanding free” base coat?
Sanding Free = you don't need to buff/etched the nails before base coats. So you would do your basic manicure = File/shape, push/cut cuticle, wipe with alcohol and put on the sanding free base coat and your ready for color.
