You can absolutely buy time. That's what outsourcing and buying convenience items is. That was never more clear when I started taking public transportation instead of driving. It takes me more than twice as long to get anywhere and it's so loud that I can't focus on reading or listening to anything at the same time. Buying a car will cost more money, but it will buy back 10+ hours per week.
Commuting doesn’t have to be wasted time. Google “loops” earplugs if you want to read. Apple AirPods with noise-cancelling properties if you want to listen to podcasts or books.

Don't think too much about what camera and mic you should get to get started, just start and along the way you will find what camera and mic you wanna use,one more thing copy someone who is already successful in what you wanna do, put your own personality to it and your own your way, best of luck and much success your way.

All of us have to go through tough & tumble, ups & downs to refine us. Let that child experience this magnificent creation, show that child how to love, to share this magnificent world. I like to inform people on what they don’t already know and understand the other thing I wanted to say is being on social media isn’t that bad if u follow productive people who do productive things i follow people that is in relevance to what u are doing with yourself if they can’t teach nor inform people on anything don’t follow them it’s really more about what we utilize our phones for which most people don’t utilize it in the right way yes it can be a distraction at times but if u are main king using your phone to learn and to do productive tasks it’s not so much as a distraction for u it becomes a learning technical tool that u can utilize because u are using it in a way that u are continuing to grow your knowledge and develop new skills and improving current skills
Erika: have you done an episode on investing for the older person? I have regular income for the first time in my life as an older person and I'm looking to invest and in time, buy property. Any suggestions?
If you're investing for a specific large purchase or for retirement look at target date funds. They provide diversification and handle asset allocation for you. All the large brokerages offer them (vanguard, fidelity, etc) usually with very low fees.
Yes I love money! Yes depending on who I say that around they get very judgmental.
That is one of the best and most authentic things to say. I think it's fabulous! And it will bring you closer to your goals and corresponding results. Don't let any naysayers stop you!

I listen to credit analyst individuals who used to work for Wall Street and the stock exchange individuals like Rick rule Lynette Zang Richard Wolff to make a few and I have gotten way more knowledgeable financially and with and about the economy those individuals i Named are like top dogs they know the financial system and economy from the inside out I also listen to this young individual on CZcams he started his own business with helping people diversify themselves I want to educate people on investments and about diversifying themselves too as well because it is things that I have learned on my own and I want to teach people from my point of view and perspective since I always seen things so differently than many others in the United States
