My scenario playing out little differently. Solo and jimmy will interfere way earlier in the match the rock keeps out of trouble as some of Roman’s former opponents will try to help Cody. But can’t do much to stop the bloodline. The rock will try to keep the guys out of the match will succeed for a short while but 2 on one will be too much for the great one. So we have one final straw to pull the music hits the forbidden door opens “shattered dreams production “. Goldust is here every body loosing their mind finally rock and goldy will take out the bloodline Roman stunned in the ring and Cody rising like phoenix from the ashes xroad on Roman 1 2 3. It's possible he approaches Cody with this instead of a chair now. But I think the rock beat up Cody so bad on Raw to make us think he is even more aligned with Roman so it's going to make the turn that much better. That is another clear giveaway and one of the biggest ones yet that Rock is going to turn on Roman. Rock is the biggest apple on the family tree. He is not going to actually bow down to the apple beneath him. That was just one more red flag that proves the Rock is going to show him who is really at the top of that tree.

There are people out there who are smelling and predicting a possible rock betrayal but I don't think there is anyone out there this confident about why and how it's going to happen. I wish they would've done rock vs roman instead. I get why fans are pissed (part timer Rock comes in and gets the main event spot), but had WWE let Rock win the royal rumble, no one would be upset. Cody is a mid-carder who had comedic acts like Stardust, and dashing Cody Rhodes, but after he re-invented himself as the American Nightmare, he got a bigger following. But Cody vs Roman can happen anytime, like Survivor series or any PPV event. Rock is 51 years old and he has an extremely busy movie schedule. Getting Rock vs Roman where Roman has this massive undefeated streak is seriously once in a lifetime. Given the build up, I don't see a scenario where Cody doesn't win the belt at Wrestlemania. To be honest, I'm kind of disappointed that they're going to end Roman's streak like this.

I thought that they were possibly going to go in a Rock being the special guest referee direction and turning on Roman then. But when they went the tag match legal bloodline stipulation route I instantly saw all the pieces come together of how rock is going to turn on Roman and Cody completing his story.

I just watched your prediction video again. And you was right about Rock and Roman winning night one and Cody winning night 2. All in all your prediction wasn't bad. Just maybe needed tweaking as we got closer to the event. I hope you enjoyed wrestlemania bro. It was a blast 💪🫡
So I found out 2 things right before and during WrestleMania that would have changed my prediction a bit. 1 was that Roman was rumored to be taking time off after Mania so I thought maybe Rock is going to stick around and lead the bloodline now but I also knew he was going to have to leave soon to go do his upcoming movies which he confirmed tonight on Raw. The 2nd thing was when they announced Bloodline rules I automatically assumed the bloodline would come out with Roman and be ringside. Once I saw that they didn't come out with Roman and were going to be coming out one by one later I pretty much knew right then the finish was going to be way different. But now with Rock leaving it's weird to try to keep him as heel Final Boss while he's going to be gone so much. This now means that Cody needs to stay champion and wait on him. I still think it would have made way more sense to have Rock turn on Roman, come out and shake his hand on Raw and leave for a while with no commitments to come back. The lack of him being around is gonna take away some credibility of The Final Boss character.
If rock betrays roman at wrestlemania it will set up the match for wm 41 plus i want the rocks eyes to go mad like they did when he turned babyface in 99 🤣🤣 love the video bro

It's hard to imagine the bloodline story ending with anything else except the fall of the Roman Empire. This is why he's been built up and had this reign for so long. The heel Kings throne has to eventually crumble around him.
Well the bloodline has to win at night 1 for all this to happen. if they lose at night 1, it negates the rock from interfering, because he will be banned from ring side. So the wwe pretty much spoiled the outcome of night 1 with those stipulations.
Exactly. If Cody and Seth won on night one It would ban the bloodline from ringside but there would still be some type of attempted screw job. At that point it would basically just be a repeat of what happened last year even though they weren't directly banned in the match. There is not as much of a massive payoff for Cody to win with the bloodline band from the match as there is for them to be involved and it look like he's completely outnumbered when the Rock suddenly turns and takes them all out insuring Cody gets his fair win.
@@GhostOvPerdition I mean the WWE did the best they could to quickly fix this storyline. They did not expect the WWE fans to turn on the rock like they did and they usually wouldn't have if the WWE didn't build this Cody storyline up for over a year, just to have him not wrestle reigns at WrestleMania again. But with that said this could have been a much more polished storyline if the rock came in as a heel from the get go, instead of coming in as a face and quickly having to turn heel because of the backlash.
I think Cody and Seth should lose on day 1 and the rock puts himself as guest ref and remember Cody said he will take everything from him(Roman owns all of smackdown) then going back to the mega powers finish with Ventura as ref and savage throws his hand down for the 3, the rock hesitates after counting 2 then Jay comes to dive on the rocks arm for the 3 cody wins clean. My original idea for the Rock before they created the night one tag team stipulation was that he would be the special guest referee. It was the only way he could be involved in the match without taking Cody out of it and still screw Roman. But to create an angle to justify rock being special referee was going to be a little difficult. But then they created this night 1 tag team angle it's even better.

I think he will come back sometime after WrestleMania to face Roman. There is a possibility that they set that up right after WrestleMania maybe at backlash but I think it makes more sense for rock to go away for a little while and then come back to face Roman at a bigger pay-per-view.
I think they will continue the bloodline story for a bit longer. I think Cody winning will be the start of the full implosion of the bloodline. Roman will start to lash out at everyone and blame them. Everyone will start to pull away from Roman and then when Roman gets his rematch with Cody he won't have anyone there to help him and Cody will beat him once again further proving that without the bloodline Roman was and is nothing. It's the ultimate downfall for Roman.

I didn't even notice that during the press conference, great observation! I think that very well could happen after he turns on Roman. Even though I didn't see that on the tree The Rock is already the biggest apple on the family tree and that's exactly why I think he turns on Roman to show him his place beneath him. It's the ultimate power move.
Your point makes a lot of sense but for Cody to win clean I believe the rock should give Cody a rock bottom then give a rock bottom to Jey, solo and Roman. What this will do is support the point you made earlier by having the rock even the odds between Roman and Cody therefore the rock can say he did it because he wanted Roman to win in an even match.
The only way the rock would be giving Cody a rock bottom is if he is not turning on the family at all and they are going to extend his time in the bloodline. But if the rock is going to turn on the bloodline he won't touch Cody at all in the match. He will get close and act like he's going to but he won't actually do it. Because if Rock puts hands on Cody and still turns on the bloodline the face turn wouldn't be quite as effective because he actually did damage to Cody In the most important match of his life. So its crucial Rock never lays a hand on Cody for maximum effect.

In this case it would be best if rock manipulates Jey and Jimmy and instead of rock bottoming them at mania he can just do Roman and Cody. I feel like them having rock turn on the bloodline isn’t realistic given that’s his own blood but him turning on Roman does make sense and he can still remain a heel while running the bloodline because we’ve been seeing subtle egotistical behavior from Roman and rock on smackdown. My theory is that Reigns and The Rock will win night one. And on night two Cody will come very close to winning but the bloodline will come out and scree Cody over, but just before Roman wins, Dusty will come out and help Cody win because the match will be anything goes.
Having the bloodlines screw Cody 2 years in a row would be ridiculous and I don't see it happening. Too much is on the line here and this is Cody's final and most emotional chance of this belt. Also Dusty is dead 😂 unless you are referring to his brother Goldust?

For the bloodline to betray Roman Rock would have to stick around to lead the family over the next few months and I don't see him doing that for a few reasons. Also if Roman disappeared the night after mania with no reason as to why he really left there there would be no reason for the fans to suddenly welcome him as a babyface if he just randomly came out at SummerSlam. There would be no sympathy there after 3 straight years of top level heel heat.
There is a possibility that Seth costs Cody or the team the match. It would be one more way to get rock and Roman the win which is definitely happening. But I don't see Damien priest cashing in at mania. He is not big enough or over enough at all to cash in on Cody's biggest win of his life. It would be a giant mistake by the company to do that and it would piss all the fans off. They simply cannot screw Cody 2 years in a row.

I think Priest cashes in on Seth after the night one tag match and wins. This puts Priest vs Drew for the title night two. Drew wins it and gets to tell Seth how right he was about him getting distracted and messing up the Drew/Seth match.

It at actually would be insane to have Roman retain again and nobody would see it coming this year at all because everyone would assume there is no way Cody is losing twice. It would actually be a bigger swerve than last year. But if Rock and Roman win night 1 it is guaranteed Roman is losing on night 2 even if the Rock somehow does not turn on the bloodline.

Cody completing his story has now gotten bigger than Roman retaining and trying to break Hogan's record. I would say if Cody was not in the company then there would not be any other superstar really deserving of ending Romans title reign and that he should go on to break the record. But there is to much build behind and emotion behind Cody to have him lose again.
The belt does not need to be on the line for the match to be for head the table. It would be for the head of the table for the family at that point. If they did put the belt on the line in the match that would be a dead giveaway The Rock is not winning. The whole point of that match would be for rock to win and be head of the table showing Roman his place below him on the family tree. That's why the belt doesn't need to be on the line. But part time Hollywood Rock is not winning the title when he has multiple upcoming movies over the next few years.

They are simply turning up the heat on making us believe that Rock is screwing Cody at mania. This was the perfect segment to make everyone have doubts now of him helping Cody complete his story. Cody does need to win clean but the 1 situation that can slide is Roman putting hands on Rock and eating 1 Rock bottom. That would be such a massive Iconic moment and you can even say it's slight pay back for Solo screwing Cody last year. Now it's possible Rock turns on Roman without touching him but that wouldn't be as effective and would be hard to pull off. Fans would be okay with Cody completing the story with a small helping hand from the Rock with all he's been through. The Rock just can not lay an extended beat down on Roman. A heel turning on a heel doesn't always work. There would be no impact in that happening and it just wouldn't make sense. Everything they are doing right now is lining up for Rock to turn on Roman and Cody complete his story. The odds are so obviously stacked against Cody right now for a reason. It makes more sense for a face to turn on a face to become heel than a heel to turn on a heel to become face the vast majority of the time. Roman turning on the Rock would absolutely not turn him Face like that with the fans. It would be weird and nobody would buy it. Roman has built too much long-term heat for fans to sympathize with the Rock who just turned heel. I can assure you Roman is not attempting to turn face at mania on the rock. It makes Zero sense in multiple ways.
@slydog81 That's the thing is that Roman turning on the Rock who just turned heel is not going to get Rock Babyface sympathy or steam. Nobody would feel bad for him with everything he has done against Cody so far. This is not a situation where either one of them can turn on each other and come out face. Also you could look at Roman turning on the Rock as him going against the bigger authority heel figure and still take that as a face move for Roman. So it just doesn't make sense either way.
But anyone who is a TRUE Cody fan should NOT want the Rock to betray Roman by interfering in the championship match. If this happens, then we really won't know if Cody could have beaten Roman on his own. It won't be an honorable win. How could Cody be proud of winning the title like that? I would think that Cody would want to prove to HIMSELF that he really is CAPABLE of beating Roman in a FAIR MATCH. I'm sure that everyone who has just read this can understand my logic.
I agree, but they have to make all 3 sides happy with things and this is what it boiled down to. cody wins the title at WrestleMania, so he gets what he wanted when he signed with the wwe. reigns loses to Cody via rock interference and so his storyline with the rock continues. Which will lead to a reigns vs rock match either at Saudi Arabia, SummerSlam or at next years WrestleMania, which is what the rock wanted since WrestleMania 39.

I don't really see Seth turning on Cody because that would pretty much make him the heel in the McIntyre match and Seth needs to be the face in that. Plus it would also create a situation where fans would expect Cody to get payback and go after Seth which I don't see happening. I do however think Seth will most likely be the one to cost them the match unintentionally. He at the least will be the one who gets pinned.

It should have because even though the ending to WrestleMania was a fun nostalgic moment it didn't make any sense story-wise. There was no real reason for Cena to get involved even though they had their past rivalry and there was absolutely no reason for Undertaker to get involved. I knew Rock was leaving after mania and that is why he should have turned on Roman to help Cody. It makes no sense to keep him as the final boss when he's not around to build that character. Now Cody basically has to wait on him to come back and continue this stop start feud.

Cody is a mid-carder who had comedic acts like Stardust, and dashing Cody Rhodes, but after he re-invented himself as the American Nightmare, he got a bigger following. But Cody vs Roman can happen anytime, like Survivor series or any PPV event. Rock is 51 years old and he has an extremely busy movie schedule. Getting Rock vs Roman where Roman has this massive undefeated streak is seriously once in a lifetime.
Given the build up, I don't see a scenario where Cody doesn't win the belt at Wrestlemania. To be honest, I'm kind of disappointed that they're going to end Roman's streak like this.

So I found out 2 things right before and during WrestleMania that would have changed my prediction a bit. 1 was that Roman was rumored to be taking time off after Mania so I thought maybe Rock is going to stick around and lead the bloodline now but I also knew he was going to have to leave soon to go do his upcoming movies which he confirmed tonight on Raw.
The 2nd thing was when they announced Bloodline rules I automatically assumed the bloodline would come out with Roman and be ringside. Once I saw that they didn't come out with Roman and were going to be coming out one by one later I pretty much knew right then the finish was going to be way different. But now with Rock leaving it's weird to try to keep him as heel Final Boss while he's going to be gone so much. This now means that Cody needs to stay champion and wait on him. I still think it would have made way more sense to have Rock turn on Roman, come out and shake his hand on Raw and leave for a while with no commitments to come back. The lack of him being around is gonna take away some credibility of The Final Boss character.
If rock betrays roman at wrestlemania it will set up the match for wm 41 plus i want the rocks eyes to go mad like they did when he turned babyface in 99 🤣🤣 love the video bro

Well the bloodline has to win at night 1 for all this to happen. if they lose at night 1, it negates the rock from interfering, because he will be banned from ring side. So the wwe pretty much spoiled the outcome of night 1 with those stipulations.
Exactly. If Cody and Seth won on night one It would ban the bloodline from ringside but there would still be some type of attempted screw job. At that point it would basically just be a repeat of what happened last year even though they weren't directly banned in the match. There is not as much of a massive payoff for Cody to win with the bloodline band from the match as there is for them to be involved and it look like he's completely outnumbered when the Rock suddenly turns and takes them all out insuring Cody gets his fair win.

They did not expect the WWE fans to turn on the rock like they did and they usually wouldn't have if the WWE didn't build this Cody storyline up for over a year, just to have him not wrestle reigns at WrestleMania again. But with that said this could have been a much more polished storyline if the rock came in as a heel from the get go, instead of coming in as a face and quickly having to turn heel because of the backlash.

My original idea for the Rock before they created the night one tag team stipulation was that he would be the special guest referee. It was the only way he could be involved in the match without taking Cody out of it and still screw Roman. But to create an angle to justify rock being special referee was going to be a little difficult. But then they created this night 1 tag team angle it's even better.

I think they will continue the bloodline story for a bit longer. I think Cody winning will be the start of the full implosion of the bloodline. Roman will start to lash out at everyone and blame them. Everyone will start to pull away from Roman and then when Roman gets his rematch with Cody he won't have anyone there to help him and Cody will beat him once again further proving that without the bloodline Roman was and is nothing. It's the ultimate downfall for Roman.

I didn't even notice that during the press conference, great observation! I think that very well could happen after he turns on Roman. Even though I didn't see that on the tree The Rock is already the biggest apple on the family tree and that's exactly why I think he turns on Roman to show him his place beneath him. It's the ultimate power move.

Your point makes a lot of sense but for Cody to win clean I believe the rock should give Cody a rock bottom then give a rock bottom to Jey, solo and Roman. What this will do is support the point you made earlier by having the rock even the odds between Roman and Cody therefore the rock can say he did it because he wanted Roman to win in an even match.
The only way the rock would be giving Cody a rock bottom is if he is not turning on the family at all and they are going to extend his time in the bloodline. But if the rock is going to turn on the bloodline he won't touch Cody at all in the match. He will get close and act like he's going to but he won't actually do it. Because if Rock puts hands on Cody and still turns on the bloodline the face turn wouldn't be quite as effective because he actually did damage to Cody In the most important match of his life. So its crucial Rock never lays a hand on Cody for maximum effect.

My theory is that Reigns and The Rock will win night one. And on night two Cody will come very close to winning but the bloodline will come out and scree Cody over, but just before Roman wins, Dusty will come out and help Cody win because the match will be anything goes.

I almost think The Bloodline will betray Roman. As a result Roman disappears until SummerSlam as a Babyface to come after Bloodline.
Also, if you remember, an elder sent Solo to the bloodline, which Roman said "you listen to me now". Maybe the elder was the Rock...deepens the story.
For the bloodline to betray Roman Rock would have to stick around to lead the family over the next few months and I don't see him doing that for a few reasons. Also if Roman disappeared the night after mania with no reason as to why he really left there there would be no reason for the fans to suddenly welcome him as a babyface if he just randomly came out at SummerSlam. There would be no sympathy there after 3 straight years of top level heel heat.

There is a possibility that Seth costs Cody or the team the match. It would be one more way to get rock and Roman the win which is definitely happening. But I don't see Damien priest cashing in at mania. He is not big enough or over enough at all to cash in on Cody's biggest win of his life. It would be a giant mistake by the company to do that and it would piss all the fans off. They simply cannot screw Cody 2 years in a row.

If they did put the belt on the line in the match that would be a dead giveaway The Rock is not winning. The whole point of that match would be for rock to win and be head of the table showing Roman his place below him on the family tree. That's why the belt doesn't need to be on the line. Nobody would feel bad for him with everything he has done against Cody so far. This is not a situation where either one of them can turn on each other and come out face. Also you could look at Roman turning on the Rock as him going against the bigger authority heel figure and still take that as a face move for Roman. So it just doesn't make sense either way.
But anyone who is a TRUE Cody fan should NOT want the Rock to betray Roman by interfering in the championship match. If this happens, then we really won't know if Cody could have beaten Roman on his own. It won't be an honorable win. How could Cody be proud of winning the title like that? I would think that Cody would want to prove to HIMSELF that he really is CAPABLE of beating Roman in a FAIR MATCH. I'm sure that everyone who has just read this can understand my logic.
I agree, but they have to make all 3 sides happy with things and this is what it boiled down to. cody wins the title at WrestleMania, so he gets what he wanted when he signed with the wwe. reigns loses to Cody via rock interference and so his storyline with the rock continues. Which will lead to a reigns vs rock match either at Saudi Arabia, SummerSlam or at next years WrestleMania, which is what the rock wanted since WrestleMania 39.

I don't really see Seth turning on Cody because that would pretty much make him the heel in the McIntyre match and Seth needs to be the face in that. Plus it would also create a situation where fans would expect Cody to get payback and go after Seth which I don't see happening. I do however think Seth will most likely be the one to cost them the match unintentionally. He at the least will be the one who gets pinned.

It should have because even though the ending to WrestleMania was a fun nostalgic moment it didn't make any sense story-wise. There was no real reason for Cena to get involved even though they had their past rivalry and there was absolutely no reason for Undertaker to get involved. I knew Rock was leaving after mania and that is why he should have turned on Roman to help Cody. It makes no sense to keep him as the final boss when he's not around to build that character. Now Cody basically has to wait on him to come back and continue this stop start feud.
