I am 18 year old and i have a neurological disorder which left my legs paralyzed in 2020, I also suffer from chronic migraines and i want to share my experiance, and show how I use bullet journalling to help me. I also recently been diagnosed with ADHD !

Hi hoa❤️for some reason there are no captions on this video so I can't hear what your saying 😢is there any news on you going in to hospital? I thought I caught covid but it was negative so it must be the flu as everything ached! And hardly any part of me wanted to move! Like you my arm is still paralysed it's getting scary now,hope you soon get your arm moving ❤️❤️❤️
