I hope you're liking the "It's a 10" spray! I really do love it. It's so helpful that subway has a drive thru. They used to not have one. I don't like tomatoes either, but I'll eat some of them in a salad or on a sandwich to feel "healthier."

Not sure it matters but for the conditioner one says it’s “bond strengthening conditioner” while the other says “bond repair conditioner” with slightly different descriptions
I can’t believe how big Myles is! Adam graduated from in home speech therapy and starts preschool in the fall and it really does make me so sad! My kids said the same thing, he’s just a baby! 😂

Courtney, you look so good and happy. I think your hair looks very pretty, but if you are having issues with it being dry, you may need to get a conditioner and/or shampoo that is not store brand and something like Matrix Biolage or Nexxus. I had to quit using store brand stuff years ago because my hair changed and went from oily to dry. ❤
I have to get my son a haircut every 4 weeks! His hair gets out of control fast 😂

Hey Friend, Happy Thursday. I love how you drank your iced coffee and didn’t get milk in it so you could pour your own milk. I should get a dunkin coffee like that and not include milk because they never have the kind that I like. 😢 I’m supposed to start my period any day now as well and I’m not looking forward to it. 😢 I can do any of these Bellway products (pills, powder, or gummies). with pills I just have to put it at the back of my throat and drink water immediately or it won’t go down. 😢 Where do you buy those fairlife chocolate milk bottles? I want to buy some for myself. 😊

Just an FYI, protein shakes will constipate you as well. I used to drink them pretty much every day and couldn’t move my bowels, it was terrible!
Yes! That's what I noticed! If I don't make sure to get my fiber in, these protein shakes definitely constipate me!
