    what a detour !!!
in the first scene just go strait ahead out side of the building
when you reach he spot where the taxis pick-up passengers (pedestrian crossing)
take a left in the building go down the escalator to the SBB ticket machines and booths
then again down the escalator or elevator you are a the trains platforms
there are only 2 directions to choose

Mmm, I think it's six of one and half a dozen of the other, really - two sides of the square each to the opposite corner. Staying inside means you are not held up by traffic crossing the street or crushed by crowds exiting Arrival 2. You are right to say that I should have included a caption noting that the door for BA lost luggage also had the taxi rank being through there as well though, that's an oversight on my part.

I plan to arrive at ZRH at 20:05 and at 20:40 I have a train already. Do you think I can do it on time?

    • @kapparomeo

It depends on how fast you are through baggage claim and security. If you can get out of baggage claim in less than half an hour you should be able to make it, but don't linger.

oh, I am gonna travel with hand luggage only. I am pretty sure with the hold luggage I wouldn't make it on time.

Q: I'mtravelling only with hand baggage in a couple of days. I've never been to ZRH and I have to continue with SBB. do you think there is a chance to make it within 15 min? Landing on checkin 1 at 15:50 and continuing with track 3 of SBB to Biel? The train starts at 16:13. That's 23 min in total. 15 min for moving from the gate to the station. 8 min. for all other distances... if not... is my online ticket also valid for another train? The costs are about 45 CHF for exactly that ride... thx for your response.

It will be extremely tight, you're going to have to run for it and I doubt you'd make it sorry. The swiss train service is very regular though - direct trains to Biel run hourly at 13 minutes past the hour and at 18 past and 43 past you can get trains with one change at Zurich Hauptbahnhof/HB (which is just one stop on from Zurich Airport). You can review timetables at sbb.ch/en - as for the validity of your ticket on a different train, my assumption would be that it would be fine to use on a different service, but don't quote me on that as I don't know much about the train company's TOS. Does your ticket list a specific time or is it just the departure/destination?
